Shipping policy


All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

For custom orders we will share estimated timelines based on each unique project. Please keep in mind that our goal is to get your purchased items to you as soon as possible. Rest assured, when you receive your package, the wait will be worth it!

On rare occasions, there may be delays in the original estimated delivery date due to a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances that are outside of our control. We will inform you if any such delays affect your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Sometimes we run free shipping promotions so look out for those!

Shipping Frequency

Deliveries are made from Monday through Friday. We will contact you via text message and/or email with the phone number/email you provided at checkout to send you shipment notifications. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries in the world.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Transcend is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@transcend.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Private shipping companies or carriers, such as UPS, FedEx and DHL are not able to deliver to (place mail in) a PO Box. Only the United States Postal Service® is permitted to deliver mail to (place mail in) a PO Box.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Transcend complies with this return policy on items eligible for a refund on items purchased from our site. 

Masks are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they are Final Sale items due to sanitary reasons.

For in-stock or pre-ordered items eligible for returns or exchange, you can send your items for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your delivery. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. Returns are on us and we will include a return shipping label with your package delivery.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@weartranscend.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
