Transcend began in 2020 from a refusal to accept the false choice between distinctive design, responsible production and clothing that works in real life.

Transcend is a fashion brand, Seattle production studio and circular textile company creating more meaningful relationships between materials, makers and markets.
SHOP TRANSCENDOUR MATERIALS
Recovered when possible. Natural fibers when new.
Some Transcend pieces reclaim vintage, deadstock or surplus textiles. When we create with new fabric, we use natural fibers such as cotton, linen, silk, wool and cashmere.

Seattle makers and global artisan partners
Our work connects a Seattle production team, including refugee and immigrant makers, with skilled artisan and manufacturing partners in India and textile traditions from Bangladesh and Uzbekistan.
