Not every Transcend piece is upcycled. When we use new materials, we choose natural fibers and work in thoughtful, small batches.

No. We use reclaimed textiles where they suit the design. When we use new fabric, we choose natural fibers.

Every piece is artisan made. Transcend designs in Seattle and works with skilled makers here and with artisan partners in India, Bangladesh and Uzbekistan. Each product page identifies the material and making story.
