Refund policy

Transcend complies with this return policy on items eligible for a refund on items purchased from our site. 

Money back guarantee for in-stock or pre-ordered items eligible for returns or exchange, if sent back within 30 days of receiving your delivery. If 15 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. Domestic returns are on us, and you can request return label by emailing hello@weartranscend.com.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@weartranscend.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

To complete the return of eligible items, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and tags attached to the products. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for return or exchanges.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of us receiving your returns in its original condition.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, try checking with your bank account just to be sure.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded. Items purchased on sale price are eligible for store credits within the 30 days of product being received by the customer. 


Exchanges (if applicable)

Items will not be exchanged unless they are unworn and in their original condition. Please contact us immediately if you need to return or exchange an item and ship it with a tracking number within 30 days upon receiving the order.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@weartranscend.com and send your item to: Transcend at 600 Pine St. # C10, Seattle, WA 98101


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified.
